We had the pleasure and privilege of speaking with GLAAD award nominated writer Jadzia Axelrod as part of Color of Fandom's V-Con. In this interview, we talk to Jadzia about her graphic novel Galaxy: The Prettiest Star from DC comics, and a bit about her soon to be released works DC: Book of Pride, and Hawkgirl.
Jadzia Axelrod is an author and illustrator with notable works such as “Frankenstein’s Support Group For Misunderstood Monsters,” a comic about monsters and feelings. She is also the writer and producer of the award-winning podcast, “The Voice Of Free Planet X."
Color of Fandom is a Fan group based in the Raleigh/Durham area with an emphasis on diverse inclusion and representation in fandom. Also, V-Con is a virtual convention organized by Color of Fandom happening March 25-26, 2023. Embracing Diversity in Geekdom
